Research has not yet revealed whether the silicone component from the implants get mixed up with the breast milk. However, the probability of this component causing harm to your baby is minimal.
In case you find it difficult to feed your infant, inform your doctor to check about any nerve damage around that area. It is also important for you to keep track of your infant’s weight. In addition, you can supplement your baby with some formula if the milk production is not enough. If you are planning on having a baby and want to undergo a breast implantation, postpone the surgery after the nursing period.
